Why are double rare limited to 70 points?
The other hard caps are reasonable bar this. It only allows thinks like double manglers but stops things like double screaming skull catapults
Would it not be better to allow a single double rare choice that is under 100 points?
IMO that stops all the nastys without unfairly discriminating against others ie high elves, tomb kings, brets etc

So two Warp Lightning Cannons?.....Noice!

I can't speak for Peter W but I know the reason I put the cap at 70 and not 100 points for the events I'm umpiring..

To stop double Salamander, double WLC etc.

You can remove General Restrictions and have a list of specific restrictions by army. However as I indicated to you on my blog, I prefer the simplicity of a limited number of general restrictions over an exhaustive list of (subjective) army specific restrictions.

YMMV

Good stuff.

Andy Potter - erstwhile traveler, Uk Masters participant - will continue his NZ tour making an appearence at this event, following his first NZ performance at Fluffycon.

Cheers
