Where to get GW paints? cheap..

I'm just wondering if anyone knows where I can buy GW paints online?

I just don't want to pay OZ GW retailer price.

I have got LOTS of paint in NZ but I didn't bring much with me to OZ.

you can't ship spray paint but you can ship normal paint (water base paint)(non flammable)

I bought most all my paints from Maelstrom games when I was in NZ.

I went to my local GW store yesterday, $6 f**kin' AUD for 1 pot, that's almost $8NZD!

to be exact, I need GW foundation paint and GW washes.

as far as I know, no other companies make better.

Hi Simon,

You could consider giving Vallejo paints a try, in my opinion they are just as good as the GW paints and they also have a small range of extra opaque paints that are of the same quality as the GW foundation series.

I have not tried out the Vallejo washes or glazes yet so I can't comment on those but I have some on order and will let you know what they are like once I have tried them out

I tried Vallejo 'extra opaque' (read foundation) paints and they are nowhere near as good as GW, the one wash which came wasn't as good as Devlan mud either.  That said i prefer the game colour range of normal Vallejo paints to GW paints although they are not a great match.

i would say can someone please pick me up the entire range, but that may be a little expensive.  i'm not exactly sure what i need, but i know it's blues (regal, enchanted, ice, and space wolves grey) i think and reds (maybe scab and/or mechrite red and dark flesh).  i probs won't be up in Auckland anytime soon anyway, so don't worry

there are some dodgey names in the new GW paint range just to make it confusing..... ...i wonder if vagas city will be having a sale
