Any point up-to 2000, you can use any codex including imperial-armor if you like. Just want a game for fun

That's actually kinda common at cityguard in my experience.
I'm little better (short fat and bespectacled, with something resembling a small beard)

Just ask for Peter Colson, someone there will undoubtedly know me although I've rarely been. Or just look for the guy who looks half asleep with an icecream container full of blood angels in his possession. Can't miss me
