Hi all,

My name is Paul, I play Dark Elves and Chaos Marines, about to start a new WoC army. Currently at Uni/working part time weekends, usually try to get along to East Auckland Elites after work on Sundays. Unfortunately couldn't get the time off for Equinox!

Hi all. I'm George from Whangarei. I play Fantasy (High Elves, Goblins, Daemons and WoC) and 40K (Ultramarines, Black Templars and Daemon Hunters with Inducted Guard) I have been playing since the early nineties. I have just played in a local tournament where I met a whole swag of members here. Some real nice blokes. Anyway, nice to meet you all.

I haven't seen Baz for a while. He dropped out of D&D due to sporting commitments, and he hadn't played a game of Fantasy for a while prior to that. Which is a shame as he was one of the best generals I had seen in Warhammer for a long time.

So few girls play our awesome games that it's not possible to work out what is 'typical' and 'usual' for girls to choose or not!  But welcome aboard.

Hi Everyone,

Very much a newbie when it comes to wargaming. Got interested in the painting side and only just had my first game of 40K recently. Loved the fluff around the Daemon Hunters (There is something about having your guys say "You take the thousand on the left and I'll take the thousand on the right" that just makes them interesting).

Have been to the Freemans Bay hall a couple of time already. Very impressed with the friendliness and the willingness of people to share information. Well done. Maybe I'll even take my army along one day for a lesson or three. Cheesy

Welcome to the forum.
If you put a post up in the game bookings section I'm sure someone will be keen to give you a game. Don't feel obligated to get it all painted first!
