We'are looking into buying more Club dice.
This will determine whether we get some precision dice or just the Cheesix ones.
The price tag offered here is an indication only.

You don't have to be a member of the club to vote and you don't have to be a member of the club to buy club dice, but members will receive a discount.

The Cheesix dice are weighted and on average roll low.
This has been proven.
Sounds like if you want an advantage, go with the precision dice.

Take into account the fact that your opponent will be using Cheesix dice.
If you want a level playing field, use the same dice as your opponent.

Casino Dice are the large ones

I mean are the Chessex dice with the logo available in the smaller Cheesex size rather than the current size Cheesex style dice of the clubs logo dice (the cursed blue ones). The size I would prefer is the same as the block of 36 Cheesex dice in a plastic box. I think they are 12mm and the current custom dice are 16mm or something like that.

Casino dice are supposedly better with the square edges etc etc but they are HUGE!!!!

We're doing brand new batch of dice and they will be the 16mm or bigger as the logo will be more prominent.

Aaron may have been thinking of the 25mm (1") Casino dice. Yes they are huge
We can get the Casino Dice in 16mm
As a comparison, most of us are using 12mm dice.
Unfortunately a Logo does not present well on the small dice, so we'd be looking at 16mm

The next set of dice I get will be a specific colour from chessix, with my army symbol for the 6 (Necron skull / Salamander drake head).

Just following this up...
I have heard the main reason the old club dice were cursed was related to where we printed the logo last time. Apparently we put the Logo on the "1" instead of the "6" side.
We'll be putting the logo n the "6" side regardless, so 'cursed dice' should not be an issue.

Tests have shown that dice with rounded edges roll lower than dice with precision square edges.
The last batch of club dice seemed to emphasize this issue. The next batch won't.

Generally speaking its not really an issue as your opponent is probably using cheesix dice, or dice with rounded edges, as well.

Not that I'm at all good at stats but have to add a slight correction here.

Casino dice which are precision square edged dice roll a much more exacting even spread statistically on each of the individual faces.

And safer as there are no sharp edges to take someones' eye out. That's important for kids like us.
