Great theme for a Necro team!
Look forward to seeing them finished, so please post some pics.

Any chance you might get them done in time for the Greenstone Cup?

Not sure about whether I can or not.... got no place to stay in Auckland. and not sure if I can get time off to attend it. plus been out of the game for awhile now need some games under my belt before I even try entering a tournament [otherwise the wooden spoon comes home with me]

plus just been told the supplier is out of stock but should be getting them in soon which is kind of good as I may be able to get the Blood Bowl Team manager card game with my order as well. Its released next week or some time in October. getting a 10% discount off the box set.....  Grin [<---- if anyone wants to get a pack let me know its $34.95USD -10%.... if I can get more then 6 packs ordered it will go to 15% discount.]

Still got to get my son's [3 years old] Robot themed Orc team and my Daughter's [5 years old]"Blood Bowl Mascot" themed team sorted. which is coming along nicely scored a Dragon Ref and SSB kangaroo Ref for free, only had to pay for p&p, also won a Euc Bowl Kangaroo off the Ausbowl forum board's Generosity thread and the big coup was getting a Thumper Bunny Blitzer from Oz for free.

still got a lot to get for her team, with each of these limited edition animals going for $15AUD each its not going to be cheap team. well it will be alot cheaper then MY TEAM!!!!! LOL

and the lads team is a retro robot theme and should be around the $70 to $80NZD amount once all sorted.

So I got alot to keep me busy... will also have a basic orc team to paint up for a mate of mine [trying to convert him to Blood Bowl, Space Hulk and Death Squads....fing ers crossed if he does i can get at least one game a week of any of these whoop whoop!!!!!]

will post pics once the team arrives will also do some posts on my Blog as well.

Cheers

I am thinking I may as well get the Cryx rules so I can see if my Blood Bowl team can actually be used for a game of Warmachine.

and your so right who wants Warjacks when you can have undead,

I could do some asking around, if you want. I'm sure we can put you up for free for the weekend.

As for the Wooden Spoon, don't worry, there are always plenty of contenders for that Wink

whats the quality Inn's pricing like for a couple of nights?

would come up on the Friday night and head back Sunday night. Now this would depend on the price and if the bank manager will approve it and if I can get cover for that weekend as I am working.

then I would need to paint up my team and get some games.........

we'll see....

well if some one is willing to put me up for the Friday/Saturday night I may be tempted to come and challenge Big D to the wooden spoon award.

An I'll make every endeavor to have the Necro team painted up by then. [NB: I promise I don't snore to loud.]
plus I'll bring some liquid refreshments for my volunteered host. [of their choice]
plus I recently renewed my NAF membership to [waiting for my dice to arrive]

so I quest those of the ABBF come help me.... also if some of you guys want to take a nice drive down over the bombays [yes there is something beyond the bombay hills] I have a decent sized table and we could play quite a few games in a day.

well.....

Sorry for the late reply... busy days.

Anyway, LGW,  I'll put the word out and will keep you posted.

if you can't find anyone then I'll see about accomadation at the Inn..... only thing is there is also a Warmahorde event going on in Hamilton on that same weekend. 50pts capture the flag themed. I got family in hammy I could stay with and its alot closer to go.....arrgghh hhhh!!!!!!

I have changed my Blood Bowl team around abit so I can make a 50pts Warmachine Cryx army. Considering alot of what I had chosen were warcasters I've had to drop them off. Its looking more likely that It will be an Undead Team rather then a Necro team. Unless I can figure out what to use from the Cryx list that would fit into the werewolf stats and that I could still use in my army....[Only Option I got is to use the Withershadow Combine as both my Mummies and Werewolves.

my Warmachine army is:
Warwitch Deneghra
Leviathan
Nightmare
Nightwretch (2)
Skarlock thrall

Bile thrall (6)
Gorman Di Wulfe, Rogue Alchemist
Mechanithralls (10)
Brute Thrall (2)
Necrosurgen & Stitch Thralls
Necrotech + Scarp thrall
Warwitch Siren (2)
Withershadow Combine

50pts

2 Mummies/Werewolves [Withershadow combine]

2 Flesh Golems [Brute Thralls]

2 Wights [mighty blow???]

4 Ghouls [Scrap Thralls the one on the left/right]

8-12 Zombies [Mcthralls]

not sure if the Brute thrall will be to big for the wight. I still have 2 scrap thralls that have big powerfists, also there are two Mcthrall leaders I am getting and could use them......

just don't want to buy something that I'll not be able to use in the Cryx army list....

Cheers
