I'm just curious on everyone's opinion on the new additions and options for Ogre Magic.
One can now take Lores like Beast or Death, as long as one Butcher or Slaughtermaste
r in the army takes the Lore of the Maw.
With the Firebelly they can also take Lore of Fire.
That's potentially Three wizards all with different Lores.
I admit the Ogre's Magic is quite simple and unexciting, but I feel it is appropriate for them.
I'm taking Slaughtermaste
r with Ogre Magic and Firebelly with Fire Magic.
My mate is taking Butcher with Ogre Magic, Slaughtermaste
r with Death and Firebelly with Fire.
A bit much if you ask me.
What do you guys think???

I would take a Slaughtermaste
r level 4 with lore of the maw only.
if I really want a back up caster I would take a firebelly or a butcher.

Maw magic doesn't have spells likely to draw a scroll early in the game... meaning on the key turn the opponent can usually shut down the magic.
Support firebelly, with big fireball can hopefully draw the scroll.... allowing you to get the 'key' boosts off around turns 2-3 when you need them. Breath weapon is also great.
A couple of butchers spamming wildform is also an 'interesting' idea.
