Hello all.

Just though i would try Instant Mold out been wanting it for a while but i have been needing to do something for my eldar and this was the easiest way going about it. Bought some 2day so waiting for the stuff to show up but i will be posing up my workings with the stuff. From what it sounds like its really good stuff.

My goal is making a desplay board for my elder useing the same style as my bases what means i have to make about 1000 hex shapes to make the tiles up. And i am not going to cut those out fo plastic card so i am going to cast up the shapes i need and mold them with plaster. Alot of work but the end results should look very nice for my army.

the stuff's pretty decent, i had a bunch of missing tracks from a rhino i bought second hand, so i just whipped out the instant mold and made more.  also molded some lash whips from the arms off a venomthrope for my tyranid warriors when i get a chance to assemble them

its ok, but don't expect miracles from it.  while i was surprised at the amount of detailing it picked up, its definitely not fool-proof  and smaller bits and bobs are harder to work with.  having said that, its handy stuff, awesome that its totally reusable, and i'd like to think that it'd be hard to pick out the parts i molded for my models
