Selling my Eldar, not really for profit but so that they go to a good home.  Will accept $150, this isn't first come first served, but for whoever has the best offer by next sunday.  If that's nobody i'll sell them via my usual avenues, but at this stage I would prefer not to have to post them anywhere.  Auckland pickup prefered at either private location or at any auckland gaming club.

The miniatures themselves are mostly out of production eldar metal models, all painted with at least 3 colours, some to better standards than others but there isn't anything that couldn't be painted over save the falcon, which has some fairly thick layers of paint on it.  The Avatar's head is glued to his hand, kind of a 'headless horseman' conversion but it wouldn't be hard to put him back to normal.

Three HQ's to choose from, eldrad/mauganra/avatar - note the shuriken catapult conversion on the farseer - most of these models were bought and played a few editions ago.

The centrepiece of the army, 10x Wraithguard with spiritseer.  These guys would surely be worth more than $150 on their own, the paint job on them is pretty good, and you can base a pretty decent eldar list around them if you have a farseer putting fortune up on them each turn.

Falcon Grav Tank - hasn't got a plastic stand so when I play it I just balance it on an old paint pot.  Would be easy to make a stand for it or whatever.  The army also comes with a single viper jetbike but it isn't in great condition or painted very well - but it's a freebie so feel free to use it in a terrain piece or conversion.

Metal War Walkers, one of them especially converted with his leg standing on a rock, and with a pathfinder head.  You can't buy these models anymore.  The bright lance unit is very expensive pointswise but if you do take it, it kills a land raider per turn... not too bad in a mech environment.  A bit of a fun.

Some aspect warriors - 5x FD's including exarch, nice unit to put in the falcon unless you want to use the 5x DA's in the falcon to make it scoring.  If you already own a waveserpent or another falcon you're set.  The Shee's are there too.  6x Rangers that can be Pathfinders instead of course. Not pictured - 4x metal striking scorpions and 4x super old school eldar storm guardians with flamer and melta.  Buyer can have those too.

4x Dark reapers and 5x Warp spiders.  Nice to have some options.

Old school metal war walkers, all kitted with scatter lasers - the optimal war walker loadout.  Since this isn't the typical 'mech eldar' list anyway, these guys should always be in.  Guide them with Eldrad, doom the target, great combo.

PM or post if you would like to buy.  Again, pickup only - unless I get no interest this week.  If it goes to next week, it'll be a youtube auction and i'll have to get everything packaged up for shipping.  This army is not supplied with any packaging material.  Absolutely no split sales, it's all or nothing.

If I had interest in Eldar I would be putting in a bit on these for sure! I have played against this army and they look good for gaming purposes.

Guys thanks for your pm's but feel free to offer a bid if you want to be the one that actually takes the models home at the end of the day.  I already have at least two people looking at buying them for $150 but it will have to go to whoever is offering the most at the end of the day, whether it is $150 or $151 or whatever.

I know this isn't an auctions website but I do encourage you to think about what you feel is within the budget and how committed you are to scoring the minis.  Otherwise i'll have to roll a dice to decide on the day!

Just got back from the FTW club, talked to a guy who will pay $175 for them.  Will sell at that if nobody beats by next sunday.

Yeah they compete, but there are only a few viable builds - all out mech with wave serpents and min units of DA's in them, with supporting falcons with FD's etc, or you go with 20x jetlocks/farseers on bikes, and then finally you see some balanced armies with avatar, seer council, war walkers, and so on.  An army based around the 10x wraithguard isn't bad, it can hold its own but at the ETC or something you'd see either of the first two builds I mentioned used most.

This as an army i would say is cheese, got all the bad guys and very little good. Hell it will win games and well but dont expect to get nice comments back i would say. Alot of power armor killer models there, hell i want to buy this for all the Wraithguard as they are not cheap to buy. They are very good units aslong as u can get them in the right place and they dont go mad.
