kind of

I am thinking about looking at VC for my next army, because in my world if I dont have at least 2 armies sitting around waiting to be painted then my world goes into shock

Couple of questions:

Mantic models - would anyone have any issues with these? The skeletons and zombies are pretty sexy (as sexy as the undead can be...)
Skeleton - do people actually take them?
Any must haves for a VC list?

Cheers

No-one would car one jot about what models you use - the club is not G.W. Wink

Antony has an army made of Two Dollar Shop Bhuddas. Cheesy

Ghouls are generally the mainstay of a VC army at the moment. Being the same points as a skellies they are generally better value. Having said that, if you need banners for blood and glory, then you need skellies (no one takes Zombie standards) and they can take magic standards.

Grave Guard are the other must have. Luckily Mantic do a very nice model for these too.

Skels should get a points reduction when the new VC book comes out, so it may be useful to "Invest in the Future".

Hope this helps.
