I posted the dates up ages ago but I found out nobody read it at club today hence the reminder.

We need a logo for the 40K Guardcon event bro, 3rd of July is as good as any

Most of the club will be at the Onehunga RSA if you want to join us for beers and games.

Your 2011 Membership cards are ready for you to pick up from the club every Sunday.

Please don't lose them as replacements will be charged for.
Show your card every Sunday to get your discount on the hall collection fee.

I would think not as Guardcon is the City Guard tournament, but, could we have a confirmation please?

2nd of Oct the hall is booked for all those wanting to play games at Freemans bay. If there is no hands up the date will be cancelled as GuardCon is on.

We have enough Tabletops remaining to have the club open and Terrain is no issues.

The Weekend of the 18th & 19th of February the club will be open as per normal on Sunday 1-5pm

Weekend of 17th & 18th March City guard closed.

Equinox tournament will be held during the weekend and we hope everyone will be in attendance.

There will be 1 or 2 tables free if you would like to play at the venue, all are welcome.

Club will be closed on the 15th April 2012. The Auckland open will be held at East Auckland Elites. Demo tables will be available for you to get a game in and this will be through all two days Sat & Sun.

City Guard Members & Friends,

All current memberships with the club will expire on the 1st of June 2012 and this is the time of the year where your memberships will be renewed. There has been three consultation meetings and it has been decided that the membership fee system will be brought in-line with all other clubs and institutions out there. There will be one set fee for annual membership (with no daily hall fees) and to help those who manage their finances there will be an option of a 3 semester split membership payment (also with no daily hall fee). We still welcome visitors to the club and to help with the hall hire casual visitors will still pay $5 with their first visit free.

New Fee structure:

Annual Membership   $85           Student/Subsidised $65

Semester (4mths)     $35           Student/Subsidised $25   (Due 1st June, 1st Oct, 1st Feb each year).
