Want to get into warmachine so need help for a starting list that I can build on. Want to go mainly with a warjack list.

Pick up that Menoth Battlebox, it really is a great way to start. Conveniently adding a minimum Choir and a Vassal of Menoth makes 15pts.

Also gets you ready for Guardcon

None of those are bad jacks; but with Menoth, unless you are going pure-jacks, then you really want to be adding some jack support - Choir and Vassal.
The support is just that good.

I'm no expert in Menoth, but if that's the sort of list you want to take then I would suggest either

• Dropping the Devout (until you go up a pt level), and using the points for a Choir, Vassal, or another solo; or
• Replace the Crusader with a Vigilant (I hear they're good with Amon), and use the spare points to pick up a minimum Choir.
