i cannot in any way run or endorse my grumpy daemon idea that has been so successful These past two years. hence i will not run or play in any 40k or gw type theme torneys for the 'rest of the year. my conscience needs to be clear and i apologise to you phil, the cg exec and evry cg member affected by my decision. i have had enough and will pursue my hobby interests elsewhere while i clear my head.--- damian reid.

i dnt want grumpy daemon being used as a name laz. sorry. its my baby. i just dnt want  it used this year you know what? every sch holiday i made sure i spent 1 whole day in gw st lukes- hanging out, chatting to staff, painting and converting and offering help and advice to the sch kids. wel not any more.--- how bout lazcon- the resurrection as a name?

Awww bummer! I can understand you reasoning Daemion, GW really has taken a giant piss on it's long term supporters.

I had heard about how cool this event was, it was all about crazy scenarios and insane battles based around fun rather than high grade competition. If you want to step up and create an equally crazy doubles tourney I'd say go for it Laz!

Its the Tournament name that gets the players now, as it has been around for 2 years been keen to try and keep it. More people will come.

I have never been a TO so might need to read alot of crap and need help from some others to get it sorted in time for this year. I will be talking with the Exc to see what time frame i have to get things ready and if and when we can maybe do it.
