All the other high armies were level 4's.

There was one other list that had 2 LV2s

I agree,the list was balanced and deserved a score of 5 or 6.

Most of the lists at Natcon this year were balanced and got scores between 4 and 6.Only one list flew under the radar IMO and that was the Beastmen list.

I spoke with players who played against Peters list and no one had any issue what so ever with it,even the ones that had their arse handed to them Smiley

Your epic game Vs Damons WoC is still getting laughs down here Peter.Your BSB was a god in that game Cheesy

Err, yeah, that sentence needed some more punctuation or something.
"Wow, interesting list, not what I would have expected at all". Followed by "I assume that's a 6 out of 10 because that probably deserves a reasonable comp score".
As I'm doing some list building and theoryhammer-ing of my own right now I'd be interested to see all the army lists. Are they available?
