If selling something you should always put on WYSIWYG, its like insurance well selling stuff. if the buyer comes back at you and says this is missing or something like that. You can say your issue if it is not in the pic you dont get.

another question. is maelstrom games trustable? e.g. do their products arrive in good condition? are they scams? because it sounds like too sweet a deal for me

Have brought a few things from them, never had any problems. A lot of people around here swear by them and they are a damn good deal.

i bought an item off trade me, and it wasn't the GW models. It felt like clay. Some of the arms were GW, but definitely not the heads. What are those figures made of?

It is possible what you bought were copies of GW miniatures made out of another product like plaster of paris... which makes them illegal for use in events and for organisers of that events.

Add another vote for Maelstrom games, they are where I buy all my stuff from unless there are amazing deals on trademe from people doing clear outs.
Those models you got sound strange dude, I haven't noticed anyone selling caste made models as it's pretty clearly illegal, maybe send me a picture of the models, if they are casted, I would request a full refund man.

Ohhh, it's probably just done with 'green stuff' it's modelling putty you can buy from GW directly.
