On a more serious note, a very large amount of sports score hits were dished out at fluffycon.  Many more than one would normally expect and definately more than in most tournaments with the 5 point system.  It definately didn't feel like there was a bitter vibe but maybe thats' because I didn't participate in any games that involved the loss of sports scores?  I certainly heard some stories though.

Probably because the players pack said 4 was the good/normal score.
I think I gave out all 5's, but in retrospect I should have given out a couple of 4's or less, as the games were fine but really quite 'average' - I felt my opponents did nothing extra to make sure I had a good time, and didn't seem to make an effort to keep their (jubilation when winning / depression when losing) from affecting their game play.

I think sports is best used as a penalty: Do something bad, make the game less fun, and constant rules problems where it might not matter. Or Just being rude ect I don't want to give out 3's and only one 5 that's whats best sports votes are for. Every game should be a 5 BECAUSE we should all be acting in the spirit of the game doing our best to give our opponents a good time win/loss/draw.

I think handing out 5's on the whole is the better system BUT that's just me! Means if someone is doing there best to waste 2-3 hours by being a c0ck it will just hurt them in the long run.
