7pm we are starting and shortly after we start there will be a Hell Pizza delivery and we are providing drinks and other foodie type things for a bit of a party. It's dry though, only fizzy and juice. No alcohol. And there will be cake... it's BattleCry's three cubed (27th) birthday.

If people are willing to help set up stuff in the hall there will be people on site from 6pm onwards, but the festivities/advertised time is 7pm.

If we have loads of helpers like in our first year, about an hour for all the tables and tabletops. If we have 3 weenie roleplayers and me like last year about 2+ hours. Hense the encouragement of food... for when we have finished and the party atmosphere.... to entice more to turn up to help  Grin  I like getting sleep on the Friday night of BattleCry...

The festivities will got for a few hours. We have to close down the main hall around 10:30pm for security. However the side hall where the board gaming happens will be available for hanging out and playing games etc. The crash sleep room will be available around 10:30pm/11pm as there is a larp happening in there for a few hours while we set up and party.

So just to reiterate, in other words <BUMP>... The set up for the tables starts at 6pm and the more people that turn up at 6, the easier it will be to get the job done.
