NICon 4-5 June 2011 Hamilton

Warmachine is pushing up to 30 players and its going to be huge. Me and the team are psyched for the weekend and seeing all the bro's from Welly and the Tron.

Going to be an awesome first Nicon for me, don't know how I'm supposed to be focused on work all week though.

Hi guys,

We are not supplying free accommodation for NICon.
We can handle it for Over the Top and Rallypoint, but NICon there are just too many people.
145 at last count. 

Still bags of room in the venue though.

Should be able to get round your table entirely, and none of that "lovely" bum-rub stuff.

Setting up from 1730 to 2000 on Friday night.
Venue open 0700 to 2000 on Saturday.
0800 to 1800 on Sunday.

All players will be receiving a 15% discount voucher for use in Mark One Comics and Models (Victoria Street - the main drag) this weekend.  Its 10% if he needs to order it in, but he pays postage.

Vote for the venue for the 2012 NICon venue will be at 0830 on Sunday morning.

Yeah it was a great event thanks a bunch to the lads from hamilton for putting on a great tournament. Would recomend a Hamilton event to any tempted to head down to a tournament in Hamilton, great bunch of guys.

Congrats to all those who finished with placings in the various systems.

Have played at one time or another played the three placers in WFB and have to say great players anbd richly deserved their success. Congrats.

Anyone know how the 40K went as well?

CanOpener in a coupla weeks for all those keen for a whole day of GAMES FROM 8AM TO 8PM, 18TH June (fully catered for food).

agreed, was a damn good event and the hamilton boys were great! Looking forward to Nicon next year, hopefully I'll have the new army painted up by then, I only have 12 months to do it in?!
