CityGuard Christmas Party Sat 18th Dec

Hi all,

I would like to invite everyone along to a Christmas BBQ at my place on Saturday the 18th of December. I know it's a week before Christmas but it's the first free weekend I can host it.

We will put on some sausages/bread and sauce... anything else is BYO.

I'll need to borrow a BBQ cause we don't have one atm.

It's open invite to all who play at CityGuard.

It's at my place, which is nicknames The Dog House. Ask me for the address, I won't be posting it on here... since this is a bit too public a forum.

Start around 5pm, and go till the early small hours.

Our place is smoke free, so please smoke away from the open doors/windows so our place stays smoke free

And we have a 4 Hell pizza soilage fee... make a mess and you will owe each flatmate a pizza

We are still having some BBQ issues... like we can't find one to borrow. It might have to be oven sausages and fry your own steak in a pan time

My flatmate wondered if anyone would be up for board games before things happen? We have a load here and others might have games they like to play. We have table spaces if people are keen to try out some games. Let me know if you are and we will start board games earlier in the day.

Yes it's still happening, we will just cook inside. Still BYO meaty goodness if you want other things other than sausages/bread/sauce. Salads and other things most welcome.

We have oven and microwave for heating things...

Thanks everyone who popped in. And as mentioned we are also having a New Years Eve party that everyone is invited to... plus there will be a week long Lan from Boxing day to New Years Eve if you are into playing multi-player shot-em-up games. Message me for more details.

Cheers Karen for the great hospitality, I really enjoyed it.

For those that don't know, Karen's place is like a gigantic games store, with shelves stocked with every board and card game you can imagine. We geeked out playing games, chatting and eating sausages. It was like Christmas came early!
