OK so maybe Wouster's addictive nature is catching, saw some great Nid figures lately and ended up buying a Hive Tyrant and a Trygon as so awesome just wanted to make them.

I'm almost at 1000 points of orks built Phil I swear! lol

Anyway I'm really curious to see people's alternate paintjobs to the ones in the codex so I can get some ideas, might buy the little box of Termagaunts to try out colour schemes 1st.

Photos if you can and maybe list the paints you used.

Thanks Smiley

well i pretty much haven't diverged at all from the behemoth scheme for my own nids, except where my genestealers and lictors are concerned where i just reversed the scheme.

you can check it out in the Show Off section if you can be bones'd.

Lazarus has his stuff there too where he's done a whole army in the space hulk theme

otherwise there's several decent project logs in the forums out there with decent schemes.  these are some of my favs:

That is an awesome zoanthrope.

My nid scheme is pretty similar to behemoth, but I think it's different enough to count.
