Well in preparation for the Grumpy Daemon 2 tournament i have not been painting and finishing up my army. Instead i decided to try and do my first complete convertion for the Gold Daemon. Which brings me to a question is it ok to enter this model in the Under 18 large model category?

It's look promising, kinda hard to tell until he gets some painting done on him. Also might help to try take a picture outdoors on a sunny day as the lighting is bad and the picture is slightly outta focus.

When i was asking if i could enter him into the Under 18 Large Model. I was wondering if i was aloud or if games workshop was going to regect it because i built it myself. And as to the photos i just took a quick one so that i could get onto the painting and basing etc. I will try get some good ones when i have done the first stage of painting.

I say you need to get a better base, people say it all the time the bases dont make models look better. But the amount of people who comment on all my flash bases i say there wrong.

How can i get a better base i.e. do you know any articles that show how to build bases or something like that? I would rather not buy one.

You're allowed to enter any model you want as long as it's made from GW bits.

if u dont want to buy one although there only like 5-10 bucks for a single base. You could use some cork like vent to try and make it more 3d

Also i think i have about 3 diffrent types of resin bases that i dont need any more, i am sure i could spare a single base

I hope that is abit better. As to the bases i realised i stuck the sword down so that will get damaged if removed from the base and i am going to add a water feature to the side where there is no sand.
