Hey guys, Just to let you know I've started a blog to cover my experience at the ETC and onwards as I play tournaments in the UK and hopefully the US later on. Started off with a tournament report from Horned Rat last weekend, plus a few painting projects and hopefully some thoughts on the ETC lists released yesterday up soon. Please let me know what you think and anything you want me to specifically cover at ETC or elsewhere: http://harryhammernz.blogspot.com/Cheers.

Looking good
I was going to unearth my blog, but probably won't. Far too busy paintig and trying to crack the semi-secret lists.

Good stuff bro. Really looking forward to hearing all about it! Make sure someone videos all you skinny white guys/chubby poms doing the haka! It would nearly be worth the trip just to see that, lol.

Which reminds me. I need to make sure I've my haka down pat. Can't go embarrassing the country anymore, than 8 very white men doing the haka already will... :D Good job Harry. I was thinking about doing something similar but it may just end up being a thread on forums.

Looking forward to reading it all - how long are you away for? 5 years... Be back over Christmas but not sure I'll get any tournaments in, maybe DogCon again and hopefully Masters but I don't think I'll be back in time...

Singles Event update: Start of day 2 - Harrys on top of the table, Rest of us are mid field playing nice (thats what we tell ourselves anyway ) Have also been sexually harrassed by drunk Irish team, and wondering if its all worth it... PS if I ever agree to play 6 games in a day again, someone can hit me with a chair. Thank god, the beers cheap, cheaper than water in fact...

Well done guys - what a great effort, and a fantastic result. Top half of the field on our first outing.
Good effort from Sean (WAu) and Josh for keeping us informed.

Trent Dennison has posted on WAU that Australia finished 4th as the results are meant to be based on differential.
I'd suggest that it may be a bit of wishful thinking as it would mean the organisers got 1st Place wrong.
EDIT: Apparently 10 points were missed off Australian Battle Point Total - so they were 4th= and then 4th outright on differential

Congratulation s to the NZ team - good result.
And well done the Irish.
Looks like they are the only ones who play fairly. Or have I read it wrong?

AU def came 4th - well done to them.
Team NZ happy with result (especially beating England), but disappointed with our round 6 performance vs Greece (others were OK) (my Slann miscast 4 times vs puppet = Gateway FTW).
We smashed Canada, Scotland and Finland, and gained 'some' points every round.
Have to say 'best sports' got +20, everyone else got 0 for sports. Ireland got it (mostly) for being the most drunk, most naked and toouching peoples balls..... ETC is great.
