ork boar riders on dark elf cold one's

hello there on my mission to create a different looking 40k Ork army.
i was thinking of a snakebite clan bike squadron (for those who don't know snakebites shun technology )
using the dark elf cold one knights mounts and the boar boys legs.
heres my question will they fit
i am more than certain there will be some chopping and greenstuff involved.
 but was hoping there might be some one out there who may already be able to tell me, or owns either one of these kits already.
