ok here is some of my new Imperial Guard Urban fighters. The Greywolves!!!!!! Please understand this is my FIRST attempt at doing camo scheme. I was inspired by Kiwi's work. one of the young bloods on the Death Squad forum board [he's based in Palmy]

Ogryn: Grimshaw " Hell's Janitor"

Sniper: Zane " Death's Herald"  [Hired Gun]

Captain: Maddock " Hell's Gate Keeper"

Lieutenant:

Lieutenant:

Sergeants: Kane and Able

Heavy Weapon Specialist:

Heavy Weapon Specialist:

Guardsman: Radar " Hell's Seer"

Medic: Higgins " Hell's Nurse"

Guardsman:

Also have some fluff for this squad which I will post also so you can see where the paint scheme and style has come from...

Cheers

That is really nice camo! The green gives it a really good contrast too!

Nice job ^_^

thx heaps

Alot of the guys on the DS site couldn't understand why they had green shoulder pads. but I told them read the fluff: http://www.cityguard.co.nz/forum/index.php/topic,2629.0.html

it sort of explains about it.

I think over all it came out ok. considering over 20 years in war gaming and I have never done camo. [also never played Imperial guard either] I have mainly played Chaos marines, [Nurgle and Slaanesh] Orks, and Space Marines [Space Wolves mainly and Blood Angels]

I really love the ability to convert and add more detail to the minis.
Death Squad allows you the chance to do this.

Your only limited by your own twisted imagination.

he's a hired gun. Urban Marksman.

He comes with all his equipment and weapons. he'll cost you a set amount to start with and then each game you pay an upkeep [basically to keep him armed, feed, watered etc]

if you can not afford the upkeep he does not fight in that game.

he was fun to make and I get hassled for how high he is. [in the U.S he would be an illegal miniature due to his height.] My answer was plain and simple:

I am the head of the NZ branch so he is LEGAL!!! I don't see an issue with him at all. he adds flavour to the squad and is visually cool.

Cheers
