A Cygor for my 'serious' beasts army.

A re-issue of an old plastic kit for the Space Cyclops from the 1960's TV series "Lost in Space".

Cost about $7US plus about the same in postage (from E-bay).

Dumb but I like it and it's suitable huge that it may well double as a Giant for my Orcs and Goblins.

Looks like he is maybe a little bit mexican too.

It was a funny figure to paint - the entire body is textured like bark apart from the face and hair.

I decided go with the bark theme, with a brown colour and patches of green flock, as the new Beastmen book refers several times to giants and other big beasties living in the forest and becoming covered in moss and vines.

What sorta carry case do you opt for that fig? Looks good and can't wait to get smashed by some beastmen. What's on the menu for your choice of miniatures this project?

It goes in a brown paper bag and gets forgotten about.

I have been assembling miniatures from all around for the beasts upgrade - Wyrd miniatures for harpies, old bitz for centigors, more Wyrd figures for razogors.

I'm almost completely free of any desire to automatically use the GW figures - if only I was a bit of a better painter.
