Mixed bag.
Lord of Change (Kairos) and the Changeling are very nice, Khorne Demon Prince (?), Bloodcrusher and Seekers are not bad, Horrors are goddam awful. Terrible sculpt and even worse paint job.

and the horrors are a bit yuck but they will go together a lot easier than the current metal ones me thinks so may end up getting some to mix with the others

Remember most daemons are metal and cost alot more if you want lots, plastics normal work out cheaper.

What is bugging me is that everyone seems to be refering to that Khorne "Daemon Prince" as a Daemon Prince...   It looks to me that it is more likely to be that wingless Bloodthirster special character (Skarbrand?) - esp since it looks different in every aspect to the plastic Daemon Prince picture that has been doing the rounds since late last year.

Plastic kit with bits for 40k/warhammer with options think plastic chaos terminator lord but daemon prince wings and all.

legs, tail, loin cloth are the same. I would say the chest is 2 parts just like a space marine with the hands/back pack/head that are interchangeabl e. there are also other pics of the same model if I remember.

not sure ........ but if it comes with all the bits imagne the converions you could do. but the cost is going to be BIG  if it has all the extras (wings look like they maybe from another kit ?)

ok, just found something else that makes me mad as all hell. page 11 of the chaos space marine codex... thats a drawing/picture of the damned deamon prince plastic kit. in a three year old publication!!!! correct me if im wrong here. how long have these figs been floating around? absolute disgust!!!! thats all, just appalling!

im putting mine together now.... better than the two old school ones i have.... and its the same size as a gw metal bloodthirster.

as far as i understand they make the orinignal sculpt and the trial figures up to 3 years before a release, it takes up to a year to get the molds right then there is the scheduling of when to release the model because they never release it alone, waiting for the general update of codex / army book or updates of other models.
all this i picked up from trolling the internet for the last few years.
But i just read on BOLS that gamesworkshop is about to change the way they do things, and have release's of models as they come out. don't know if that is true or not.
