I've seen that system used before. It's actually not that bad once you get your head around what it is they're trying to accomplish. Still, it's too complicated and I wouldn't want to be the person checking all the lists for compatibility.

I got to page one before realising that the pack is all of the bad things I remember about caps and limits etc.  Even subjective peer-comping is better than that - if for nothing other than not making my brain sizzle.
