on the following, dose twin heads count towards 2PD?

“Abilities or items that allow +1 to cast count as 1 PD for each item or ability. Duplicates of abilities
do not stack. For example you may have multiple casters with the Mark Tzeentch and it counts as
1PD used only. Having the Skull of Katam in the same army counts as an additional 1PD per phase. “
Mark of Tzeentech and Skull of Katam = +2 to casting and count as 2 power dice.

2nd part.
“Each caster with the knowledge of each spell in a lore or the ability to choose spells counts as 1 PD
per phase.”

Lord of change knows all spells = 1 pd.
Dose that mean
Lord of change + twin heads = 7 die?

Well, although the model knows two lores, he is a single caster (that only generates one casters worth of dice). I'd suggest he's worth 6PD (Lvl 4 + knows all lore + Tzeentch)

Which leads into a question I have on how the engine is played.
The engine can be used each turn to do one of the following:
1) missile bubble - 5+ ward save
2) Blast the crap out of demons and undead within 2D6",  strength 5
       (other armies strength 4)
3) reduce the casting value for any given lore

Should this be considered as using 1 PD, only in the turns that it uses this ability?

Queried this with our TO prior to list submission

Twin Heads = 1 PD

LoC knowing all Tzeentch Spells is an integral ability (like TK's and OK's) and as such does not incur a PD penalty

SO basically... LoC + Twin Heads = 8PD

Have a nice day peoples Smiley

Re Engine:

Derick I would have thought so...  but it afaik using the engine is not actually considered to be casting a spell is it?  I meant its not like you can dispel the &*(^*(&^@ thing.
