There are 2 rooms currently available.
Room 1 (Alex's old room) single size, built in warddrobe. Fits double bed, drawers and desk comfortably. $163 plus own food/tollcalls (includes *rent, power, phone, internet, water and flat kitty)
Room 2 (my current room) large double room(think master bedroom size), 2 built in double sized warddrobes, heaps of room. $185 per week plus own food/tollcalls (includes *)
We have 1 spare double bed, and 1 spare set of drawers if someone moving in doesn't have any furniture.
Oranga, Onehunga. It's 3 stages on a bus... and bus stop is right outside our door, very handy. There are speedy bus flyers going into town week days in the morning, and speedy flyers coming home in the evening as well as the usual buses. About 8 mins to the on-ramp at Greenlane motoerway. Or we have carparking and possibly even garage space once the tidying is done if people have a car
We are 5 mins from Onehunga and Royal Oak, so handy to supermarkets, heaps of takeaways etc.
In terms of storage space, at the moment we have a double garage which is mostly used for storage, workshop etc. You know it could have a wargaming table set up in it... hmmm...
The place is a house, not a flat. We have several large living areas and a second lounge which is just used to store stuff atm. So we have room for stuff...
What sort of storage needs do you want?

I may well be looking for a place for myself in about 3 weeks. What are the rooms like and what does "heaps of storage" mean?
