nah, i've given up playing practice games against myself using proxy models for the other guy's list.  If i'm not playing warhammer against a person, I may as well be painting.  I'm so far behind on my to do list now, i'm starting to look one of the rest of you.

I can hardly take (one of) the best army(ies), smash you all, win all the prizes and still vouch for the comp system that I had such a hand in.
I'll settle for three out of four, and take a middle tier army 

From what I've seen so far the comp pack has kept the DoC on a leash, and the super duper DE armies haven't appeared.

I wonder what the justification of leaving it in was, added to that i wonder what the justification to no duplicated icons or gifts were.  Must mean Siren song is a “soft” option

Sure and the Rune of Challenge is fine... never gets a mention. Kipper/Siren Song was banned, but the gift itself is only as good as the player using it. It was kept in not because it's a 'soft' option, but because demons got softened enough without taking away all their toys. Besides... you can always flee...
