  500pts 4 turns half-table(3 x 4) for a morning or afternoon only. this allows people to play in another halfday thing. Warmachine? 40K? Mordhiem(Leslie?)

Option 2:   
  500pt to 1000pts rolling scenario. as the rounds progress your warband grows. standard GW warband scenarios rules. this is in some ways similar to Mordhiem. half size table, half day event(?).

Option 3:
  1250pts 4 turns per game, half size tables (3x4) 6 games. full day event.

Option 4:
  1500pts 6 turns per game, Full size tables (6x4) 4 games. full day event.
