IIRC its NZ$400.  There is a discussion about it in a thread here somewhere with a link to the customs website specifying when/how/if charges are made in regards to GST etc.

That's some pretty solid ordering going on there, what are you planning this time around?

Yeah from memory in regards to importing other items it is around the $400 mark. I've found that Maelstrom just put 5 pounds as the price of the invoice on the box itself for 'toy soldiers' lol

Starting a new ed crimson fist army, but getting all the pads helmets and back packs from mail order, all the normal models from maelstrom, and forgeworld razorbacks and terminator stuff.

All though some will say its more salamanders with the amount of melta i have in there and hammer terminators. but there is no set weapons for crimson only that they dont have many tanks left.

I think you will find customs will sting you for GST if it's over $200. A friend was getting some free game samples and it was over the $200 worth and she had to pay GST before they would release the package.

I placed 3 orders just under 200 pounds from maelstrom around Xmas time,
I didn't get sting by custom at all.

just make sure there is a big sticker with "toy soldier 10 pounds" on it.

but GW UK is a different story, as GW also puts the recipe in the box with total amount on it. so u have to watch out how much u order if you buy from GW UK.

if u really want to buy from GW UK, it is better if u split the orders and make them under 50 pounds each and pay for the postage IMO.

if the GST on an amount is less than $50 they don't bother so if its <$400NZ you should get through scott free as a private consumer.
