With the restriction on the number of triplicate core, its hard to make an incredibly unbalanced soft list but thought I could try:

65pts - Skink Priest - General - Naked
150pts - 3 units of 10 skinks (cohorts)
1980pts - 3 units of Jungle swarms (each unit having 22 swarms)

Anybody have a better suggestion?

Priest- cost effective magic good line of sight for your Frog.
Skink co's- poss fear causing nice lil speed bumps great for screening expensive stuff. Cheap as chips and bane of giants with poison.
Swarms- Swammpped.
