Some of you may know that my brother and myself own (were given) a studio apartment in the city center. Our previous tenant has moved out so we're looking for another tenant.

It's fully furnished and a parking space is available if needed. I think it's about a 10-15 minute walk to Vagabonds and a 40 minute walk to the club.

Looking for around $275 per week without the car park but this is negotiable. Power and phone is not included in this.

I'm looking for a place to live and I like the fact that it's in the city, it's a bit much for me though.  Out of curiosity how much is the carpark?
