What do people think of this list?:

The lord feels a little cookie cutter, kitting him out for big beastie slaying seems like my favoured alternative but the choice of mount then becomes a problem. Not sure I need the second realm unit so this could fund a mount but the Hippo is likely to get eaten by anything the lord would want to take a crack at.

It looks OK to me.

The Boss is a hard nut to crack.

Personally I'd drop one of the mages, or at least the number of scrolls. The Silver Mirror will neutralise a mage who has already lost a wound.

Your leadership issues will be less than other Brets, as your Boss is with the knights, but one thing I think you could consider is changing one of the KotR to either KE or QK. It is all very well to be devastating on the charge, but only if you pass your fear/terror check to charge first. KE and QE don't have as much of a problem in that regard.
