It is actually easy to find, there is only one door between Kitchen studio and rear car park.

For someone with a black gangsta as their avatar and getting offended by stereotypes, I find this thread full of fail.

Right... because I am a fan of the Wu-Tang Clan and my favourite producer and member from the group is RZA (the black gangsta) I am setting up for stereotypes? 

Right, it's fail for a Chinese guy to respectafully ask someone not to use a historically degretory term for Chinese people with colonial origins?  Not to mention it's directly linked to every racist potrayal of Chinese in old Western cinema.  If a Chinese fello wants have their name in a Western legal document in the 1800, all they deserve is their "first name_Chinaman" or sometimes they only allowed "Chinaman" as their document name altogether.  You really want to keep on using this term in the 21st centuray? 

See I didn't mention any of that with my original post cause I didn't make any sort of accsation Lezle is hateful guy or "omg are you racist?!" 

Frankly when the first reply to me is bascially "at least I didn't call you a Chink!"

Games HQ Review

i went to GAMES HQ last night (tuesdays warhammer night) and it was cool. very friendly and very relaxed, they had nice tables and excellent terrain (like hundreds of dollars worth of GW buildings on one table!). there was magic cards new and second hand, flock, paints, and tools (brushes and knives etc)other products i didnt recognise as well as drinks and a console to play on $3 an hour. felt more like cityguard than Games Workshop.

They are part of the vagabonds group and as such we cityguard members get 10% off boxes and blisters, there was a good range, not huge but they are able to order in whatever and it was right up to date having the new imperial tank box and Valkyrie, as well as that pain in the butt salamander character.

i will be going back as my name is on the leader board, and, well, now Ive got a spot to defend
  the games are free (i played a 1000pt game and a 1500pt game, both were wins for me) and i left just after eleven and there was still guys chatting warhammer

i highly recommend any gamers in west Auckland go check this place out. i had a great time and i'm sure you will too.

oh and when they say they open at 6, sometimes they mean 6:30. depends on when the first person with a key gets there, but there was guys turning up much later than that for games.

the guy there said there a people playing 40k lots there so if you ring when there open and ask they will tell you if someone is there for a game. so try friday  at say 7pm or sat at midday or something.

2nd tuesday in a row i have gone to games hq. bloody nice batch of guys. Re-Setting their 40k ladder at the moment and i pretty much made sure that i should be near the top tonight. played a 3 way(800pts each) and cleaned em out with kharn and his zerka crew climbing out of a landy and running over a daemonprince, 10 chaos marines and 10 salamanders. didnt lose any kill points and the 3 i got was enuff... heh. was a good fast game.

Good to check out on tues nites if u r around...
