I need a few Cadians, would anyone like to go halves on a box with me? I was thinking either 50/50 on the 10 man squad and we get half each or getting the command box and I get the dudes and you get all the bits (well, except what I need to make the las-gunners Smiley). I am, of course, open to negotiation as to what you might want/need.

Any spare binoculars anyone has lying around would also be handy.

At Takapuna Vagabond I saw they had boxes of FIVE Guardsmen for $16. They were releas'd for Apocalypse I think. Ring up Wayde and ask if they are still there. They were a month ago.

Those aren't the posable ones. They were made for people that needed extra figures for their army but couldn't be bothered to actually build them. They're basically designed like the clip together Space Marines of Black Reach.

Well, those are the only Guard models I know that you can get for that cheap. The box was first advertised in the first Apocalypse White Dwarf issue and there were also the same sort of box sets for Space Marines, Chaos Space Marines and Eldar.

Thanks for that Smiley.

Sadly, the single-piece ones will be of little use to me as I need the muliti-posable ones. I will be using them for Infinity so I will be making a missile launcher, a heavy machine gunner, a grenade launcher and a few forward observers (hence the need for the binoculars).

Talk to you Sunday about it.

The order  Grin

Well I was going to get alot of metals but it seems Vaga's haven't changed their price so they are much cheaper than maelstrom. No matter though as I'm getting more interested and better at painting so a big P3 purchase is on the cards. What are you guys ordering apart from the obvious.
