Is this to directly play on now, or borrow or buy?

Have you talked to the guys that turn up on Sundays and play Bloodbowl? They may know where to get them. Check with them when club starts back up on the 7th of June.

i thought the rules were available for download legitimately from the GW site?

ah, bingo = http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/content/article.jsp?community=&catId=cat1290318&categoryId=1100006&aId=4800003

if the link doesn't work just go to games-workshop.com, look under 'specialist games' then 'blood bowl' and 'blood bowl resources'

you can probably make your own board

I have the full Space Crusade box set at home actually (only missing the Imperial Fist Captain )

I gave all the models a quick and rough paint job, but finding that set and painting it up some 6 months ago is what has gotten me into 40K war gaming now and I learned all the basics of miniature painting with them so it's not all for naught.

If I actually EVER get a Sunday off work, I'll be keen to give someone other than my girlfriend a game, I'm tired of getting beatin' by a girl anyhow Cheesy

P.S That reminds me I have a 95% complete box of Hero quest as well which I'm thinking of selling. (missing the gargoyle bosses head Sad

Found a nice place for me and the girl to live in Te Atatu Peninsula though, so the house hunting sucking up all my time is over Cheesy

deece - it was a fairly loose affair though, luke would really have preferred a bigger table, but i'm keen to get one sorted ASAP - i still enjoyed it though, and my friend's imperial guard had a fun first outing

Yeah since I'll be living in my own place I'll be keen to get my own table sorted also.

With the way work is going the only games I'll get to play are friendly as I'll be working Sundays for quite some time still it appears Sad

Let me know when you guys have some home games, I'll have about 1150 points worth of SM and Witch hunters later this week.
