how does this thing fire, what i mainly want to know is does it fire as 4 separate blasts or does it use the multiple blast rules. I've had a couple of differing opinions so i thought I'd throw the question out there.

yep, i'd say it operates in the same way as multiple blasts - just decide how many hits you inflict on the target unit by placing the blast marker and rolling for scatter four times
