I got a flyer from the City mission at work the other day .. their winter appeal kicks in during June.  There main target dates to schools for support are 22 june to 3 july.

Will the rennovations at freeman's bay be done by then?  Maybe mid-late june could work (he asked hopefully and simultaneously offers to help sort out missions etc...)

I had such a great time last year !!  I'd be happy to offer some help to get CO-2 organised, once the date is sorted...

I strongly recommend you lean on Dave Foster and Wayde to organise this as I am not available all day on a Sunday to run the 40k event this year.

Since we have to ask the council to negotiate with the other groups already booked in the hall to cancel their bookings so we can take over their bookings... quite some work. And they can only do it on days they see the best fit with the least amount of clashes. It is being worked on, and as soon as they can find a Sunday that the other regular bookings are willing to let us have, we will have a date...

As I said previously, as soon as I have something confirmed, I'll let everyone know.
