Armywide stubborn is more likely.  GW seems to have a trend of making each racial characteristic rules more niche (and more powerful) and stark each time.  It would fit them fine in my opinion.

Duly noted I could see army-wide Stubborn being implemented - ridiculous as that may be. As a result of that I could see Hammerers being ItP by default (as they are already Stubborn) and any other unit being joined by a Dwarf Lord becoming immune to Fear and Terror.

I'd love to see Dwarfs get an ASF banner. That would be FRIGGIN HILARIOUS!

Yep, it would definately be ridiculous.

I acknowledge that right now I sound like a party pooper, but if they are going to give dwarfs army wide stubborn then I can't even begin to think what the others are going to get especially when they redo the skaven.

IMO as great as it would be, I don't think dwarfs need it, maybe if they made the longbeards stubborn and immu. to panic, with the Hammerers getting stubburn and immu. to psychology. That would be a step forward.

I hope they bring back gyrocopter bombs, rangers forresters ability, and letting thunderers move-and-shoot.

Word is one Skaven buff is +2 for the outnumbering bonus instead of the usual +1

Sounds all good to me and we're seeing plenty of similar stuff in the game now (Terradon drop-rocks, White Lions ignoring forests).

From my point of view it makes sense though, most armies now have an army wide special rule that is "free".

PULL THE OTHER ONE! Unless they get a Ld reduction I see this as being over the top. They already have a high toughness, armour and leadership, plus are quite cheap. Giving them stubborn would make an army that would practically never run away, and which would take a heap of damage to wipe out 20 model unit. I'd say it'd be equal or above the plaguebearer/herald army - sure, it's not a ward save but they are cheaper (not having to include a character to get the ability), and I don't think we need another army as powerful as the daemons (or even more powerful  ).

Isn't there something else you missed? Like how totally awesome dwarfs are.
