I concur. Double your fun with double dragons. 2nd list needs more dispel dice/scrollage though. Chuck the Spears for min Archer units (no banners or command options of course). BSB with Banner of Battle in a unit of Dragon Princes (with Warbanner). Foot mage scroll caddy. 3 RBTs, Eagles for annoyance value, Lion Chariots for the win.

Why Spearmen instead of Archers in the second list?

Anyway... double dragons is cool, but you might get annihilated by heavy magic. The Star Dragon list, otoh, looks kinda standard for HE's.

Twin Dragon List - I'd go for.....

Star Dragon + Bk Hoeth, Arm Caledor, Scroll, Great Weapon
Dragon Mage: 2 scrolls + silver wand

(4 dd @ +1 with 3 scrolls, or drop 2 scrolls and add ring of Fury)

4 Bolt Throwers
10 Spears (BT defenders - cheap)
15 Spears + WB (some static res, sometimes useful - especially combined with Dragons)

As many Dragon Princes (or the odd chariot) as you can fit in - incl Banner of Sorcery in one.

Thats 5+D3+1-3 PD with potentially 1 bound, some great shooting, and a lot of combat hittyness.

Spears for combat. Archers suck! I have 7 I haven't hacked and converted to something more useful. Not very useful for cheese I'm thinking  Smiley
