Count em 76 cross bow shots, 12 bolt thrower shots, 8 up to 19 (!)* power dice, and mostly Ld 9. CC and heavy cav have waves of chaff to get through, plenty of DD and scrolls (no ring though), and infantry will get ripped up by shooting.
See your cheese and raise you some gouder 

Options include exchangeing stuff for assassin, an exta chariot, or more shades

I just hope you brought enough dice to use for your 76 shots.
Plus enough dice to nullify the deep fryer aka ... phoenix something : )

Why no pendant of Khaleth, Ring of Hotek etc?  Just the one Hydra?  I guess if you're going shooting heavy you don't need it...

Agreed - Pendant on the Sorceress Boss to challenge out those chump Greater Daemons.


Immediate comparison to Simon's list suggests yours vs his will see most of your list running off the board, despite the fact your have enough shooting to make a Daemon army cringe. Why no Black Guard? I would have thought 20 of those with ASF banner and Champ with Crimson Death would have been high up on the priority list.

Why no pendant of Khaleth, Ring of Hotek etc? 

To Fuj too: I've got all the usual bling, juts the stuff I haven't mentioned is not awfully relevent to the overall picture of the army. The Ring in an army with more than minimum magic is a pain in the arse.

I may well end up going back to min magic, but magic plays better with loads of shooting than does CC characters.
